About me

I believe therapy and coaching should offer the opportunity for meaningful change — whether that’s shifting how you think or feel, setting healthy boundaries, or navigating life transitions.Combining therapeutic approaches with coaching allows for a deeper understanding of what’s going on and why, and, in time, a focus on what could be different.I work in a values-based way, creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore what matters most and take steps towards the life you want to live.My professional background includes work in financial, professional, and technology services. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with burnout, stress, anxiety, self-esteem, identity, life transitions and career decisions and planning. I work with individuals who are seeking clarity, balance, and direction. With over 20 years of experience helping individuals create behavioural change across a variety of organisations, I bring a compassionate and non-judgemental perspective.I am a registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I abide by their Ethical Framework and Code of Professional Conduct.

Introductory Call

I'll be in touch within two working days and we can talk through -

  • What has led you to seek support now?

  • What are you looking for from a counsellor and what would you like to change?

  • Previous experience of therapy/coaching

  • General questions about wellbeing and current support

  • You can ask me anything which is of importance to you in deciding whether you wish to proceed with me

If after this initial conversation we both agree there is a good possibility that I can offer the support you need, I will suggest that we meet for a full initial session in which we can speak in more detail.
